Following show requirements have to be absolutely fulfilled to guarantee a perfect performance.
Stage:
Plateau and fireprooved stage area of at least 6x6 meters free area
Height: 4 meters at fire shows, 3 meters at blacklight shows
Smaller stage areas are just possible after an arrangement and a viewing! For equipments on stage (like instruments, sound systems, decoration etc.) we don’t take any responsibility!
Lighting:
Blacklight shows: The possibility for complete darkness should be given, because otherwise the blacklighting will loose its effect. A dark floor and a dark backdrop are as well advantageous.
Fire shows: Light in blue, red, orange or violet is advantageous, as little lighting as possible and a well darkened room. Important: no dazzling light like white, yellow or green.
Technical conditions:
CD - equipment for our music. 220 volt power point on the front stage edge for the blacklights.
Barriers:
The keeping of the safe distance to the audience before, during and after the show has to be ensured by the organizer. Fire shows at least 3 metres - blacklight shows at least 2,5 metres. Further safe distance depends on local conditions and is binding after an arrangement with the organizer. When required the distance has to be ensured by security staff.
Police conditions and approvals concerning fire:
Have to be obtained and clarified by the organizer (fire brigade, mayor, etc.).
Security:
Stage size, safe distance and minimum height have to be given. A security man with a N10 fire extinguisher provided by the organizer has to be ready near the stage. Fire blankets, hand fire extinguishers and wet cloths are behind the stage. The whole group has a personal fire liability insurance. To be taken into consideration: After a fire show it is possible that some oil of the lamps remain on the floor - danger of skidding! When required the place for the performance has to be cleaned.
Backstage:
We need a spacious dressing-room, lockable and if possible with a mirror. Food and drinks have to be free available. Entrance and parking facility at the venue have to be possible.
Press & promotion:
All publications of an event where we perform (posters, flyer, press announcements, etc.) as well as the publication of photos and videos have to be provided with a clear reference to our group name ‘Shining Shadows’ or the address of our homepage www.shining-shadows.at!
